Clare Richey Kaplan: 1980'S NEW HAVEN ARTISTS' UNITED-ONLINE ARCHIVE. Dec. 4, 2019

1980'S NEW HAVEN ARTISTS' UNITED-ONLINE ARCHIVE. Dec. 4, 2019
"I want to give a SHOUT Out to Bev Richey this morning (My amazing Mom)! I have spent a fair chunk of my life hearing about the amazing work that happened in the 80's in New Haven. We talked about the Elitism, how the newspaper changed when you got an Apple Computer, and how challenging it was to manage the communication and vision of the future between the Staff and the Board. It is incredible to see the pictures, and articles and to see all of you commenting and remembering!
I don't think I can begin to tell you all how incredibly cool it is that you all are coming together to talk about and understand what happened during those years.
Mom, you are doing such an amazing job with this page. Your communications here are lovely and personal. It is so impressive and sweet that you have kept all the Artifacts through the years (I have watched you move them from house to house on our journey, protecting and valuing them at every step). THANK YOU for letting me see you as the sassy, outspoken, insightful artist that you were (and are)." Clare Richey-Kaplan,
